Both Foundation classes had a fantastic day out at the farm.  As you can see from the photos, Mrs Powell's enjoyed stroking and feeding the animals and playing on the various equipment.

Mrs Powell’s class were really lucky and had a visit from Shropshire’s Farms.

They brought lots of plants with them and helped the children to plant them in the allotment.

They then went into the classroom and made some salad bowls with fresh salad that Shropshire’s Farms had brought with them.

You can see them planting sweetcorn, leeks and lettuces.

The children have been talking about their Autumn news as a precursor to their early writing.  What follows are the children's recordings and drawings.
