The Friends.

Thanks to everyone who attended the Easter event on 27th March and for all your generous donations.  We had a fun afternoon raising £300 for the school.

Thanks also for your donations to cake break although we do need some more bakers out there to be creative for us as we nearly ran out of cakes before we got round all the children. Luckily there were just enough to go round this time but we'd hate for any of the children to miss out at future cake breaks as it is a well loved event which all the children look forward to. So if you have time, please bring some cakes to the staff room on the morning of cake breaks which are held on the last Tuesday of every term. Look out for the reminders on yellow paper in book bags. The children will be very grateful.

We have filled the position of Treasurer. Many thanks to Emma Barter, one of our existing committee members, who will be stepping into the role of Treasurer from September. Our thanks to Katharine Bebbington, our current Treasurer who will support her in her new role.
